Sound Performance

At the heart of the Super Linton is an 8-inch woven Kevlar® bass driver driven by an upgraded motor system and a large-diameter voice coil. This powerful combination delivers bass that reaches as low as 32Hz, offering depth, authority, and realism typically found in larger floorstanding designs.

Complementing the bass unit is a 5-inch Kevlar midrange driver, responsible for the warmth, texture, and clarity that make vocals and instruments feel fully present. The midrange driver handles its role with smoothness and articulation, ensuring seamless transitions across the frequency spectrum.

High frequencies are rendered by a 1-inch soft-dome tweeter derived from Wharfedale’s acclaimed Dovedale project.
