Its glass-fiber reinforced ABS sub-platter sits atop a stainless-steel and brass main bearing machined to tolerances as tight as 0.001mm. Power comes from an electronically controlled AC motor, which operates with lower vibration and higher stability than non-regulated DC systems. Switching between 33 and 45 RPM is handled electronically, allowing quick transitions between LPs and singles without compromising accuracy.
